Credit card required
A valid credit card is required to begin the 14-day Magallane trial. Providing a card does not create a subscription charge during the trial period.
No charge during the trial
Magallane will not charge the subscription price during the 14-day trial. The trial start date and scheduled end date should be presented during enrollment or in the account billing area.
Billing after the trial
Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, the selected paid plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and the payment method on file is charged the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes.
Cancel before the trial ends
You may cancel before the scheduled trial end to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, except where required by law or an applicable refund policy.
Renewals and plan changes
Paid subscriptions renew using the billing frequency displayed at checkout until canceled. Any plan, price or billing-frequency change will be disclosed before it takes effect as required by applicable law.
Payment security
Payment information is processed by Magallane’s payment provider. Magallane uses billing status and transaction identifiers needed to manage the subscription and does not use full card details for marketplace operations.
